At the companies listed above, I've contributed as a manager and award-winning designer in learning and development, as an effective software product manager, and as a respected coach, consultant, and facilitator. I continually advance skills learned in my MA program in Performance/Educational Psychology.
I started NowForward to encourage individuals and teams to meet and exceed challenges we all face. I love my work. My focus is on interpersonal and team communication skills. If you can be clear on what you want, how it benefits others, and then express this in a safe and inclusive way, you will be naturally persuasive.
In this effort, extroverts and introverts offer complementary approaches that support team and career growth. Women and men have many similar and some very different perspectives, as well. The key is to be aware. I enjoy working with all our approaches and perspectives.
I also endorse a mindful perspective on management, encouraging leaders to see real options before taking required action for improvement: reflection > inquiry > advocacy.
As my site shows, I focus on skills that get you unstuck. When your direction is clear, you can anticipate challenges in personal and team growth: whether as a leader, or the main contributor to your own progress. I look forward to working with you!
